Storage

Irrigation System

The town has its own drinking and irrigation wells. From the north the irrigation water (see page 4 second picture - upper part) enters the private reserve. The irrigation pipes are 6” and 8”. Pipes run underground, around the storage facility, near the entrance to a dividing system. From here the water can be directed to different farms more to the south or can be directed to the filtering system of the private reserve and from there to any corner of the property. - Water flows 100% by means of gravity, no pump is needed. - Total of 2.000 meters of 6” high pressure pipes. - More than 500 meters of 3” pressure pipes. - Rest of division is in 2”, 1,5” pipes all underground. - Final irrigation with 0.5” pipes for more than 12 hectares today’s value of irrigation system in place: minimum US$120.000.

Fertile Soils
